TL;DR: You get a personal, non-transferable license to use FlipDeals alerts to source inventory for your own flipping business. You can't resell, mirror, or republish the alerts. License ends when your subscription ends.
1. Definitions
"Service" — the FlipDeals scanner pipeline, Discord channels, web app at flipdeal.app, and any future delivery surfaces.
"Alerts" — the listings, prices, profit estimates, and metadata posted to FlipDeals Discord channels.
"Subscriber" — you, an individual or business that has paid for VIP access through Whop, or that has joined the free Discord.
2. License grant
FlipDeals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and use Alerts solely for the purpose of sourcing inventory for your personal or business flipping activities, for the duration of your active subscription (or for free-tier access, for as long as you remain a member of the Discord server in good standing).
3. Restrictions — what you may not do
You may NOT:
Republish or redistribute Alerts to any non-Subscriber, including via screenshots, copy-paste, paid groups, public posts, or any third-party Discord, Telegram, Slack, or similar service
Scrape, mirror, or relay the FlipDeals Discord channels using bots, scripts, account-share, or any automated means
Resell access to your account, share login or invite credentials with non-Subscribers, or rent/sublicense any part of the Service
Reverse-engineer the scanner methodology, attempt to extract the eBay-comp ranking algorithm, or build a competing service derived from FlipDeals data
Use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud marketplace sellers, buyers, or any third party
Use the Service in any manner that violates the terms of service of BidRL, OfferUp, Craigslist, eBay, Discord, Whop, or any other third-party platform that FlipDeals interacts with
4. Ownership
FlipDeals retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the scanner code, brand assets, eBay-comp scoring algorithm, and aggregated market data. The license in Section 2 grants you no ownership of any of the foregoing.
The underlying marketplace listings remain the property of their respective sellers / platforms. FlipDeals claims no ownership over individual listings; we provide a discovery layer.
5. Permitted personal use — examples (non-exhaustive)
The following are explicitly OK:
Receiving alerts in Discord and bidding on / buying the listed items yourself
Discussing alerts with other Subscribers in the FlipDeals Discord chat channels
Sharing screenshots of items you successfully flipped (with prices/profit) on your own social media — provided you don't republish the alert format itself in real time
Asking a friend or family member to physically pick up an item on your behalf
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically when:
your VIP subscription is canceled, refunded, or fails to renew
you leave the Discord server
FlipDeals removes you from the Service due to violation of Section 3
Upon termination you must stop using any cached or saved Alerts; we won't chase you for it but the license to act on them ends.
7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
