By subscribing to FlipDeals VIP, joining the FlipDeals Discord server, or otherwise using the FlipDeals service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.
FlipDeals is a private alert service. Our automated scanners monitor publicly-listed inventory on BidRL, OfferUp, Craigslist, and other marketplaces and post real-time signals to a Discord server. Alerts include the listing's title, asking price or current bid, our estimated max-profit price, and a link back to the original listing.
Our profit estimates are based on eBay sold-comp data at the time of the alert and may be wrong. We do not guarantee:
You are solely responsible for inspecting items, verifying prices, and complying with local laws on resale. Don't bet money you can't afford to lose on any alert.
FlipDeals VIP costs $25 USD per month and is billed by our payment processor, Whop. Payments are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time through Whop; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
You may use the alerts personally for sourcing inventory. You may not:

FlipDeals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BidRL, OfferUp, Craigslist, eBay, Discord, Whop, or any other third party named in our marketing. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, alert frequency, or accuracy. Scrapers occasionally break when source sites change their structure; expect outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipDeals's total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
